Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
  • During festivals, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Duration

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro cities: 4–7 working days
  • Non-metro / rest of India: 5–10 working days
  • Remote or difficult locations may take additional time.

Please note: Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen conditions are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges apply based on your pincode and order weight.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

(If you offer free shipping above a certain amount, tell me and I’ll add it.)

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD availability depends on your pincode.
  • Additional COD charges may apply.
  • COD orders may require confirmation via call or WhatsApp.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
  • You can track your order until it reaches your address.

6. Incorrect Address / Unavailable Customer

  • If the address is incorrect or the customer is unavailable during delivery attempts:
    • The order may be returned to us.
    • Re-delivery charges will apply.

Please ensure the address and phone number are accurate.

7. International Shipping

If you plan to ship internationally, I can add that section too.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If you receive a damaged parcel:

  1. Record an unboxing video
  2. Send it to us within 24 hours of receiving the order
  3. Our team will review and assist accordingly

We cannot process claims without an unboxing video.
