Return & Refund Policy
At Saash Luxe, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
- Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Only products with manufacturing defects, wrong items delivered, or size issues (if mentioned in size chart) are eligible.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn, tried excessively, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Products bought during sale, discount, or clearance
- Customized or altered orders
- Minor color variations due to lighting/screen settings (common with clothing)
3. Exchange Policy
If the requested size or product is available, we will process an exchange once we receive and inspect the returned item.
If not available, a store credit will be issued.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided in the following cases:
- Wrong product received
- Major manufacturing defect
Refunds will be processed as store credit or original payment mode (as applicable).
Please note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Return Process

- Share your order number, issue details, and product images.
- Once approved, the product must be couriered back securely.
- After quality check, we will process your exchange / credit / refund.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
